Return Policy
At Hall Watch Collective, every watch is carefully inspected and tested before it is listed for sale. We strive to accurately describe each item’s condition and provide clear photos of the exact watch you will receive.
Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Changed your mind
- Doesn’t fit your wrist
- Personal preference
- Buyer’s remorse
- Found a better price elsewhere
Please review all photos, measurements, and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Non-Functioning Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or the watch is not functioning as described upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To initiate a claim, email us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the watch, packaging, and any damage
If we determine that the item arrived damaged or is not functioning as described, we will provide instructions for a return. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement (if available), at our discretion.
Return Conditions
Authorized returns must be shipped back in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Returns that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or tampered with may be refused.
