Condition Report

Mechanical Condition:

The movement is currently RUNNING. The balance wheel swings freely and continuously when handled.

Service History: Unknown. Because this is an antique, precision mechanical timepiece that has been in storage, it is being sold with an unknown last service date. If you plan to use it for daily timekeeping, a professional Clean, Oil, and Adjust (COA) service is highly recommended to protect the dry pivots from friction wear.

Winding/Setting: The gears mesh smoothly. Please note this is a lever-set movement. To adjust the time, the setting lever near the edge of the dial must be pulled out.

Cosmetic Condition:

Dial: The white enamel face is exceptionally clean and bright with crisp, legible printing. (Please review photos closely under magnification to assess minor hairline surface signs consistent with age).

Movement Plates: Bright and highly reflective with minimal surface tarnish or blemish to the nickel plating or gold settings.
